SEVEN WITCHES Guitarist Offers DVD Update

March 3, 2005

SEVEN WITCHES guitarist Jack Frost (ex-SAVATAGE) has posted the following message on the group's official web site:

"Recently you all have either heard about or read about the issues we faced and had to deal with at Crocodile Rocks in Allentown, PA concerning our recent DVD shoot.

"Since James [Rivera, vocals] and I posted our letters of apology [Letter#1, Letter#2] and thanks to our many fans, under 21 or not, we've received many, many letters of support from our fans a crossed the nation and from the bottom of our hearts we sincerely appreciate it. You, the fans, are the reason we do what we do.

"I was contacted by David Stevens, manager of Crocodile Rocks, the other day and allowed him to explain his side of the story. Although I won't go into specific details about the conversation, we did end the conversation on good terms. Dave is a gentleman who offered the band, our fans and me a sincere apology and a sound explanation about the whole situation. We thank Dave for being an upstanding and decent person about this.

"On another note, our former booking agent, Tammy Taylor, contacted me as well and also offered a sincere apology for her part in this matter. Right now we're looking forward to the DVD release, more touring and an end to things like this. Our fans matter more than anything to us, so we hope nothing like this ever happens again.

"Thanks for all the support, and we'll see you on the road soon!"
